Langley Wedding Photographer

Your wedding will move quickly - your photographs will bring it all back

Your wedding is a day full of feeling - the nerves before the ceremony, the people who came for you, the dance floor at the end of the night. I'll photograph it as it unfolds, so you can simply be there for all of it. Based in Langley, photographing weddings across Greater Vancouver and beyond.

  • Langley & Fraser Valley
  • Weddings · Elopements · Engagements
  • 10+ years experience
  • Fully insured & licensed
  • Over 1,000+ sessions captured
  • Limited wedding dates available
  • Natural moments with guidance when you need it

I'll guide portraits, family groupings and the timeline where it helps, then step back for the laughter, tears and honest moments that can't be staged.

  • A calm presence during a fast-moving day

You'll know what we need and when. If the schedule shifts or the weather changes, I'll adapt without adding pressure.

  • The whole day, not just the highlights

The big moments are covered - and so are the small ones in between: laughter at the back of the room, a quiet squeeze of the hand, the energy of everyone who came for you.

The Wedding Experience

Thoughtfully planned, naturally photographed

  1. Tell me about your day

Share your date, venues, approximate guest count and what you know about the timeline. We'll talk about the moments that matter most and choose the coverage that fits.

    Get in touch

    Step 1

  2. Build photography into the timeline

I'll help you plan time for details, getting ready, family photos and couple portraits - including a portrait stop near your venue - without turning the day into one long photoshoot.

    Step 2

  3. Live the moment, not the timeline

On the day, I'll organize the family portraits, find beautiful light and guide you when it helps, then step back so you can be fully present.

    Step 3

  4. Experience it all again

Every photograph is carefully selected and professionally edited, delivered as print-ready and web-ready files in a private online gallery.

    Step 4

Kind words & heartfelt notes

Feedback from clients

Hi, I'm Natalie

Wedding photographer drawn to real connection and honest moments

What I love most about weddings is how many parts of your life come together in one place. While everyone is watching you, I'm also watching them: a parent holding back tears, a friend already laughing, two relatives meeting for the first time.

I don't need everything to look perfect. I'll organize the family portraits, find beautiful light and guide you when needed, but I won't turn your wedding into a day-long photoshoot. Some of my favourite moments happen when the plan loosens.

After more than ten years and over 1,000 photo sessions, I know every couple shows love differently. Whether your wedding is in Langley, out in the Fraser Valley or farther away, I'm there to preserve the people, the atmosphere and the little things that made the day unmistakably yours.

Photographs for the part of your wedding that becomes memory

Months of planning go into a day that's over in a few hours. When it ends, you keep your marriage, the stories your guests retell for years, and the photographs that let you step back into it.

A day lived, not posed

Your wedding should be something you feel, not something you manage. Hold hands through the vows, linger with your family, stay on the dance floor - I'll be watching the whole story, so you don't have to.

We'll plan portraits into the timeline in advance, so they feel like a calm pause together rather than time away from your guests.

The whole story, not just the highlights

On the day, you'll be in the middle of it all - which means you'll miss a lot: your partner's face as you walked in, a grandmother laughing during the speeches, the dance floor filling while you slipped out for photos.

Your gallery fills in those gaps: wide views of the place you chose, the small details you spent months deciding on, and the honest moments happening all around you.

Everyone who shared it with you

A wedding brings together people who rarely share a room - old friends, new family, relatives who travelled to be there. Your photographs keep a record of each of them and how they showed up for you.

Years from now, those pictures will matter in ways you can't predict yet: a grandparent's embrace, the little ones who'll be grown before you know it, everyone you love gathered in one frame.

Photo session FAQs

Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes - I photograph weddings across Greater Vancouver and travel for destination weddings too. Travel, accommodation and any permit, parking or location fees depend on where you're celebrating, so they're worked out for your plans and confirmed in your personalized quote - no surprises later.

How far in advance should we book our date?

As soon as your date and main venue are confirmed. Summer weekends are always the first to go, while weekday weddings and elopements tend to have more flexibility. If your date is coming up soon, still ask - availability sometimes opens up.

Can we meet you before booking?

Of course - you should feel completely comfortable with the person photographing your day. We'll start with a relaxed conversation over a call or video chat, or over coffee if you're nearby, about your plans, your venues and what matters most to you, and you can ask me anything before you decide.

How much of our day should you photograph?

Think about where your story begins and ends. If you want the getting ready, the ceremony and the first dance, you'll want close to a full day - the Signature Collection covers ten hours. Five hours, the Essentials, usually reaches from the last of the preparations to the start of the reception, and two hours, the Ceremony, is perfect for an intimate celebration. Additional hours are $500 each, with about 50 more edited images per hour.

Is an intimate wedding or elopement too small for you?

Never - some of my favourite days have had only a handful of guests. Two hours of coverage is usually plenty for the ceremony, a few family groupings and relaxed portraits, without anything feeling hurried. Planning to elope? Here's more about my elopement photography.

Should we add a second photographer to our day?

If you're getting ready in different places, have a big guest list, or want the ceremony from two angles at once, a second photographer means nothing is missed. I take care of it myself: I bring in a photographer I trust and coordinate everything with them, for an additional fee.

How soon will we see our wedding photos?

Sooner than you might think: couples with the Essentials or Signature Collection receive a sneak peek within a week of the wedding. The full gallery takes longer, because every image is individually edited - the delivery date is in your agreement, so you'll know exactly when to expect it.

What does it take to secure our wedding date?

Two things: a signed agreement and a retainer. Before that, we'll talk through your plans and I'll send a quote built around your coverage. Until the retainer is in, the date stays open to other couples, so once you're sure, it's worth not waiting. Payment terms for the balance are spelled out in your agreement.
