Langley Corporate Headshot Photographer

Headshots that look like you on your best day at work

People decide a lot from a single photo - whether to call you, hire you or trust your business. Let's make that first impression relaxed, capable and easy to approach, for you or your whole team. I'll come to your office, or we can shoot in a studio or outdoors. Based in Langley, serving Greater Vancouver.

  • Langley & Fraser Valley
  • Individual & team headshots
  • Over 1,000+ sessions captured
  • Fully insured & licensed
  • Office, studio, or outdoors
  • 10+ years experience
  • Relaxed, never stiff

Most people dread headshots. I guide your posture, expression and hands so you look like yourself on a good day - approachable and sure of yourself.

  • Planned around your workday

For teams, I set up at your office and photograph people one after another, so nobody is away from their desk for long.

  • Consistent across your team

The same light, background and framing for everyone, so new hires can be added later and still match the rest of the page.

Feedback from clients

Hi, I'm Natalie

Headshot photographer for professionals and teams

A good headshot doesn't look like a headshot. It looks like the person you'd want to meet - relaxed, confident and real. After more than 10 years and 1,000 sessions, I know how to get there quickly, even with people who say they hate being photographed.

I photograph individuals refreshing their profile and teams who need a consistent look across a website. For teams, I come to your office - in Langley, Walnut Grove, Willoughby or anywhere in Greater Vancouver - and work around your schedule.

Where we take your headshots

Choose the setting that fits how you want to come across - polished and consistent, or relaxed and natural. For something beyond the headshot, my portrait photography in Langley offers a longer, more personal session.

I set up in a meeting room or any spare space and photograph people one after another, with as little disruption to the day as possible.

A clean, controlled look on a plain backdrop. I book the studio and have it set up before you arrive.

More casual and natural - the relaxed look that suits LinkedIn. Fort Langley Village, Sendall Gardens, a spot near your office or anywhere else in Greater Vancouver can work.

Why invest in professional headshots?

Your headshot is often the first thing a client, a recruiter or a new colleague sees. A good one does quiet work for years.

A first impression that works for you

People decide quickly whether they'd like to work with someone. A warm, professional headshot tells them you're approachable and that you take your work seriously.

A cropped holiday photo or an old selfie sends a different message, even when you don't mean it to.

A team that looks like a team

When everyone on your website is photographed with the same light, background and framing, the page looks considered and trustworthy.

Keeping the same setup also means people who join later can be photographed to match.

Photos you'll actually be happy to use

Most people avoid using their headshot because they don't like it. With gentle direction and a few relaxed minutes, we'll get one you're glad to put everywhere.

Photo session FAQs

Do you only work in Langley, or across Greater Vancouver?

Across Greater Vancouver. Langley, Walnut Grove and Willoughby are close to home, but I travel to offices throughout the region, and we can also use a studio near your workplace.

How much space do you need to set up at our workplace?

Not much - a meeting room or a quiet corner about 3 by 4 metres (10 by 13 feet) is usually enough, ideally close to a power outlet. If space is tight, tell me what you have and we'll make it work.

Can you accommodate different schedules or photograph our team across multiple dates?

Yes. Many teams have people in the office on different days, so we can split the session over two or more dates. I use the same lighting, background and framing each time, so nobody can tell who was photographed when.

Can you match the style of our existing company headshots?

Usually, yes. Send me a few of your current headshots and I'll match the background, lighting and framing as closely as possible, so new photos sit naturally next to the ones already on your website.

How can we keep headshots consistent when new employees join?

I keep a record of your setup - background, lighting and framing - so new hires can be photographed later to match the rest of the team, whether one person at a time or a few together.

Can employees review and choose their favourite images?

Yes. After the session everyone gets access to a private online gallery to pick their favourite shots. Only the chosen images are retouched, so each person ends up with a headshot they're actually happy to use.

How quickly will we receive the finished headshots?

Retouched headshots are delivered to your private online gallery within 10 business days of the selection. If you have a launch date or deadline, let me know when you book and we'll plan around it.

Can we use the photos in company marketing and advertising?

Yes - your company can use the headshots on its website, social media, proposals, press materials and advertising. Tell me where they'll appear and I'll make sure the files suit each use.

How far in advance should we book, and what do you need to prepare a quote?

For teams, two to three weeks' notice is ideal; individual sessions can often be arranged within a week. For a quote, I need the number of people, where you'd like to be photographed, your preferred dates, and how you'll use the images.
