Coquitlam Corporate Headshot Photographer

Headshots that look like you on your best day at work

Your headshot often introduces you before you say a word. Make that introduction confident, credible, and approachable, whether you’re growing your own business or updating your entire team’s image. Based in Coquitlam and serving Greater Vancouver, I offer professional headshots at your office, in a studio, or outdoors.

  • Coquitlam & Tri-Cities
  • Individual & team headshots
  • Over 1,000+ sessions captured
  • Fully insured & licensed
  • Office, studio, or outdoors
  • 10+ years experience
  • Relaxed, never stiff

Most people dread headshots. I guide your posture, expression and hands so you look like yourself on a good day - approachable and sure of yourself.

  • Planned around your workday

For teams, I set up at your office and photograph people one after another, so nobody is away from their desk for long.

  • Consistent across your team

The same light, background and framing for everyone, so new hires can be added later and still match the rest of the page.

Feedback from clients

Hi, I'm Natalie

Headshot photographer for professionals and teams

A good headshot doesn't look like a headshot. It looks like the person you'd want to meet - relaxed, confident and real. After more than 10 years and 1,000 sessions, I know how to get there quickly, even with people who say they hate being photographed.

I photograph individuals refreshing their profile and teams who need a consistent look across a website. For teams, I come to your office - in Coquitlam, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam or anywhere in Greater Vancouver - and work around your schedule.

More About Natalie

Where we take your headshots

Choose the setting that fits how you want to come across - polished and consistent, or relaxed and natural. Headshots are part of my portrait photography in Coquitlam, so the direction is just as gentle.

    Any size of team

    Your office

I set up in a meeting room or any spare space and photograph people one after another, with as little disruption to the day as possible.

  • Professional corporate photography against a grey studio backdrop, woman with short hair in a pale blue blazer

    Individuals or teams

    A booked studio

A clean, polished setup on a simple backdrop, ready before you arrive. I have access to several studios in the Tri-Cities, or we can choose the closest studio to your workplace anywhere in Greater Vancouver.

  • Outdoor corporate photoshoot, woman with curly hair smiling outside a café window

    Up to about 10 people

    Outdoors

More casual and natural - the relaxed look that suits LinkedIn. Rocky Point, Mundy Park, a spot near your office or anywhere else in Greater Vancouver can work.

Why invest in professional headshots?

Your headshot is often the first thing a client, a recruiter or a new colleague sees. A good one does quiet work for years.

A first impression that works for you

People decide quickly whether they'd like to work with someone. A warm, professional headshot tells them you're approachable and that you take your work seriously.

A cropped holiday photo or an old selfie sends a different message, even when you don't mean it to.

A team that looks like a team

When everyone on your website is photographed with the same light, background and framing, the page looks considered and trustworthy.

Keeping the same setup also means people who join later can be photographed to match.

Photos you'll actually be happy to use

Most people avoid using their headshot because they don't like it. With gentle direction and a few relaxed minutes, we'll get one you're glad to put everywhere.

Photo session FAQs

What's included in a corporate headshot session?

Planning the look with you beforehand, wardrobe tips for everyone, the setup on the day, gentle direction for each person, a private online gallery to choose from, and professional retouching of the chosen images, delivered ready for web and print. Studio rental, if we use one, is additional and starts at $50 per hour.

Can you bring your lighting and backdrop to our office?

Yes - I bring professional lights and a backdrop and turn a meeting room or spare corner into a small studio for the day. Everyone is photographed with the same setup, so the whole team matches.

How long does each person's headshot session take?

For a team, usually just a few minutes per person - enough time to relax, try a few expressions and get a frame they like. Individual sessions are longer, with time for a couple of looks and backgrounds.

How do you organize sessions for a large team with minimal disruption to the workday?

We agree on a schedule in advance, often in short time slots, so people step away from their desks only for their turn. I set up once and photograph everyone one after another, and the room is cleared as soon as we finish.

What should our team wear, and will you send preparation instructions?

Yes - before the session I'll send a short guide you can forward to everyone: what to wear, which colours and patterns to avoid, and a few small tips for looking fresh on the day. Solid colours and well-fitted clothes you'd wear to an important meeting are always a safe choice.

How many finished images does each person receive?

It depends on the package we agree in your quote - for most teams, each person chooses their favourite retouched headshot, with the option of adding more. Individuals usually leave with several finished images across their looks.

Will the images be supplied in formats suitable for our website, LinkedIn, and print?

Yes. You'll receive high-resolution files for print alongside web-ready versions, so the same headshot works on your website, LinkedIn profiles, email signatures and printed materials.

Can we add group photos, leadership portraits, or workplace branding images?

Yes - while I'm set up, we can add a team photo, longer portraits of your leadership, or candid images of your people at work for your website and social media. Let me know what you'd like when you request a quote, and I'll plan the time for it.

Do you serve businesses throughout Greater Vancouver or Coquitlam only?

Throughout Greater Vancouver. I'm based in Coquitlam and often work in Port Moody and Port Coquitlam, but I'm happy to come to your office anywhere in the region, or we can meet in a studio close to you.
