2. What is not allowed without permission

Copying, downloading, reproducing, publishing, altering or distributing any photograph from this website, in print or online, without written permission from Natalie Varro Photography. This includes social media, blogs, advertisements, other websites, printed material and the training of machine-learning or AI systems.

3. Clients

If you were photographed by Natalie, the images from your own session come with the personal usage rights set out in your session agreement. Please credit Natalie Varro Photography when you share them publicly. Any commercial use of session photographs, such as advertising, a business website or a product, needs a separate licence.

4. How to request a licence

Editorial, commercial and other uses of the photographs on this website can be licensed. Emailnatalie@nvphotoart.ca or use thecontact page and include which image you would like to use, where it will appear and for how long. The fee depends on the use, and a written licence is issued once it is agreed.

5. Credit

Where an image is used under licence, the credit is "Photo: Natalie Varro Photography", linked to nvphotoart.ca wherever a link is possible.
